Text-based metadata is returned to your existing DAM, MAM, CMS or other tool in a JSON file. Unlike other indexing APIs, it’s in a non-proprietary format, making it easily readable and reusable now, and in the future.

Yes, you are given access to a Moments Lab workspace where you can view and modify the descriptions and metadata generated by MXT before sending it back to your media asset management system.
You don’t need to pay for storage costs with the Just Index solution, as media doesn’t need to be stored permanently on Moments Lab. Instead we analyze your media, enrich it with metadata, and return that metadata to your existing system. This allows your team to search for content directly from your current platform—eliminating the need for a new search tool or additional training.
All our workspaces include our intuitive, plain text search and advanced search capabilities, however you’ll only be able to search for content you have stored with us permanently.
Yes, MXT is our proprietary AI, built with patented technologies to address the specific needs of media, broadcast, sports organizations and brands. We developed MXT to be scalable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective without compromising quality. While MXT is our core technology, we can integrate third-party tools when needed, such as AWS celebrities for recognition or languages not yet supported by Moments Lab for transcription and translation.
Depending on the size, MXT can create a temporary local copy of provided files to maximize the speed of processing (and limit the number of http requests on your infrastructure). This local copy is then purged seven days after processing.
